 I have sold properties throughout Middle Tennessee, giving the same professional service to each customer.  My customer base has increased to over 1580 happy buyers and sellers.

 I have been a real estate professional in the middle Tennessee area for over 25 years. Throughout this time, I’ve helped hundreds of families see dreams of home ownership become reality. My goal is to keep clients informed of current market trends, home designs, and new neighborhood developments. 

Since 1987 I’ve been licensed in real estate and a broker since 1995; a Certified Residential Construction Specialist, (C-RCS); a Certified Negotiation Expert, (CNE); and a former Team Leader of the largest Keller Williams Realty office in Williamson County, Tennessee. I served as Principal Broker for one of the Top 10 national homebuilders, opening and branding a new market in Knoxville Tennessee, while overseeing the development and sales of seven neighborhoods in the region. I’m a member of the WCAR Government Affairs Committee, providing a bridge between local government and concerns of area real estate professionals. My love of home design and construction help bring to life the idea that a home should be a place of comfort that is a reflection of you, your family, and your lifestyle.

 As a Realtor® and builder with an extensive background in both new home construction as well as the local resale market, I offer a unique perspective to home buyers in the Middle TN Area. As a result of a decade plus career in the new home industry, I have cultivated strong business relationships in both the building community as well as the local real estate banking industry.

Previously, I was Divisional Sales Manager for a large privately owned new home builder in the Middle TN area. In this position, I was in charge of all aspects of sales and marketing for company-wide sales volumes of over $25 million annually.

I strive to provide my clients with the highest level of service and knowledge throughout the buying and selling process and I believe my long list of achievements is a testament to this ambitious career as a Realtor® and home builder.
